CULINARY, WINE & WELLNESS RETREATS AT EXTRAORDINARY ESTATES. APPLICATION ONLY.
Welcome to the Family
Nomad Home is an application-only members’ club for people who travel for the table: culinary, wine and wellness retreats at Michelin-starred, Relais & Châteaux and Michelin Key properties across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Every retreat is small, curated, and built with the chef, the winemaker or the practitioner at the top of their field.
Members are founders, creatives and senior professionals from across the globe who travel often, eat seriously, and want to meet others who do the same.
Our Retreats
Small-group retreats in three series: Michelin culinary, wine and WSET certification, and wellness. Each one is bespoke and curated at a single estate, led by the chef, winemaker or practitioner whose expertise brings the place and its culture to life.
-
Private cooking classes with Michelin-starred chefs, truffle hunts with 5th-generation hunters, winery visits with grape stomping and the region’s best tables.
-
Wine retreats with exclusive winery access across Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Douro Valley, Sicily and South Africa.
Certification retreats in the world’s most recognised wine qualification, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Levels 1, 2 and 3, taught privately on site by our wine school partners.
-
Traditional Chinese medicine retreats, longevity and detox programmes, and itineraries designed with leading practitioners, at hotels with a serious spa.
Curated retreats across Africa, Europe, and Asia.
Members book directly; first-time guests apply via an introduction call.
Private itineraries for family, friends and teams, by request.

The Nomad Home Experience
Once-in-a-lifetime experiences designed to build lifelong relationships: from curated retreats to private and corporate itineraries.
COMMUNITY
Connection is why we exist. We bring together founders, creatives and senior professionals who are as ambitious as they are fun, and immerse them in a new culture: through a kitchen, a cellar, a practice or a certification.
ELEVATED CULINARY EXPERIENCES
Our retreats are designed around a place, not a city: a wine estate, a castle, a farmhouse, where the chef, the winemaker or the practitioner is part of the itinerary. Private cooking classes with Michelin-starred chefs, caviar and champagne tastings, harvest at a family winery, truffle hunting with a fifth-generation hunter.
CASTLES, ESTATES & WINERIES
We choose world-class property partners: historic castles, Relais & Châteaux estates, Michelin Key hotels and family-run wineries. Our home base is always a place with heritage.
PRIVATE & CORPORATE
Any retreat we have hosted can be yours on your own dates, for a couple, a group of friends or a leadership team. We design executive offsites and private itineraries with properties and partners across the globe, and we host them.
How It Works
Our retreats are intimate by design.
We’re selective, so every table is good company.
-
Submit the short intake form and schedule a time for a 30 minute interview with our Founder, Kella, to see if we are a perfect fit and to answer any questions you may have.
-
If selected after the call, reserve your spot on a retreat with a deposit.
For a private experience, we start the design: location, dates, guests, itinerary.
-
We send your itinerary and everything you need before you go. After your first retreat, you book future dates directly, before they open to anyone else.

Laurie
FOUNDER of Outsourceful
Running my own business can get lonely and repetitive at times so it was refreshing to be able to travel, cowork, and bounce ideas with a group of founders. Although many of us were from different countries, it was surprising how much we had in common.
It's also an added bonus when I can show up, eat great food, and have every detail taken care of.
I’ve been to multiple Nomad Home events now, from Italy to London, and have met incredible people in my home city. There are 4 of us that met that have already set up monthly reunion dinners; we really left as a family.

Jenny
TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE Practitioner & Nutritionist
My career requires to me to be meticulous and “on” at all times. I wanted a holiday where I could be completely hands-off. With Nomad Home, I didn’t have to make a single decision once I arrived, everything from transfers to gorgeous outdoor tasting menus were already thought through.
They built an effortless itinerary filled with private experiences I’d never have discovered on my own: private experiences at family-run vineyards, long-table dinners with regional chefs, and little moments that felt like they were designed especially for us. Every stop genuinely felt like a hidden gem and a small surprise, there was always something else around the corner.

As an entrepreneur building a business remotely, joining the Nomad Home family has been a transformative experience for me. The journey of remote work can indeed get lonely, but Nomad Home has provided a vibrant community that fills that void.
Being part of a global network of like-minded individuals who share a passion for food, unique travel experiences, and both personal and professional growth has been incredibly enriching. The curated fine food and luxury travel experience in France has not only allowed me to explore stunning locations, but also allowed me the privilege to foster lifelong connections with fellow entrepreneurs and creatives.

Adelaide
FOUNDER of AMD Creative Co.
Spending a week in a castle with Nomad Home was nothing short of a fairytale.
I was blown away by the customer service and luxury during my week-long stay in the French countryside. Despite being in a remote area, Nomad Home planned everything down to the nitty-gritty details, had Starlink Wi-Fi installed, and planned perfectly curated daily activities and culinary experiences.
I would highly recommend Nomad Home to remote workers looking for a carefully crafted luxury experience and an opportunity to meet like-minded people in an exotic location. I made so many friends who live a similar lifestyle to mine.

Charlotte
CO-FOUNDER of HANDS London
My favourite thing about the Nomad Home Italy Retreat is being able to connect with a large group of people from all over the world. I usually make friends slowly but when you spend so much time with a group of people, you become extremely close very quickly. That has been rare in my adult life and something I’ll always treasure. I’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime - we have already planned a few meetups since.

REGIONAL CHIEF OF TALENT and COMMUNICATIONS of S3 Groups
Nomad Home is the perfect work hard play hard.
I've been a digital nomad for 3 years so I travel a lot. I loved the experience to colive with likeminded people that have turned into real, deep connections. I also spend my entire day on meetings, which means I have no time to plan anything, especially book reservations and tours. This Italy retreat was exactly what I needed. The activities and dinners were perfect and they weren't just about partying or having fun, I've learned about wine education, cooking, truffles, and other peoples businesses.

Andrea
PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER and CONTENT CREATOR
I’ve remote worked for 5 years and found that it’s been difficult to find people that love luxury travel and have a flexible lifestyle. Nomad Home has given me a community to grow together personally and professionally with, when I honestly didn’t realize I could make these deep of connections of my adult life. What’s better is I got to do it while wine tasting and dinner partying.
I've been to 4 Nomad Home events now: an Italy Retreat, Vancouver Sommelier tasting, a France Castle Retreat, and a Michelin Culinary Retreat. Looking forward to the next one!

CO-FOUNDER of BLA Design Group and FOUNDER of Adessa Visuals
I work a lot, which means I don’t have much time to get away, socialize, or plan travel itineraries. Nomad Home has made it easy for me to just show up, enjoy unique activities and dinner parties that are off the beaten path, and connect with interesting people working on cool projects I would have never met otherwise. It was even better that I got to do all of it while getting my work done.
