  • With deposit in place, we finalize every detail from site sourcing, culinary partners, programming and deliver a turnkey proposal, complete with itinerary, transparent costing, and contract.

    Once aligned, we handle every contract, vendor negotiation, guest communication, and logistics setup, so your team can stay focused on what matters.

  • On-site, our concierge and production crew keep everything running flawlessly.

  • We recommend reserving your dates 4–6 months ahead to secure top-tier venues and facilitators. For peak seasons or highly bespoke programs (private islands, celebrity chefs), 8–12 months ensures full access and tailored planning.

  • We expertly handle programs from 8 up to 200+ participants. Smaller teams thrive in intimate estates and villas; larger cohorts can spread across full-property buy-outs or multiple pavilions with no loss of an exclusive feel.

  • Completely. From high-impact workshops and boardroom deep dives to team-building adventures and bespoke evening soirees, every element is designed around your objectives. We’ll co-create an agenda that balances focus, creativity, and downtime.

  • Packages are created custom based on your needs but our specialized services cover:

    • End-to-end logistics (venue, A/V, transportation)

    • White-glove on-site concierge and technical crew

    • Flight & transfer concierge (including yachts or heli-hops)

  • We start with a fully itemized proposal that outlines every core element and your chosen add-ons.

    A credited deposit then secures your dates and funds the planning phase, applied in full against your final invoice.

    Any requested adjustments are quoted and approved in advance, with their costs seamlessly integrated into the final bill.

    • Planning Fee Non-Refundable: Non-refundable after payment as our team will begin immediately with planning, strategy and operations.

    • One Date Change: We’re happy to offer a flexible date change where you may shift your event once, as long as it’s at least 60 days before your start date (change fees for venues and vendors not included).

    • Final Payment & Late Cancellations: The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event. Cancellations inside that 60-day window forfeit all payments.
