How We Design Your Experience.

  • To begin, please complete the Bespoke Event & Itinerary Intake Form so we can better understand your vision, preferences, and desired locations.

  • Once your intake form is submitted, you’ll be invited to book a 30-minute planning call with our founder, Kella, to discuss your goals and start designing your experience.

  • We craft the itinerary, complete with transparent costs and timing. Once approved, we handle every detail from reservations and logistics to on-the-ground coordination and design execution dependent on the event.

  • We curate everything from milestone birthdays, honeymoons, and proposal trips to creative friend escapes and once-in-a-lifetime culinary journeys.

  • We work globally, whether it's a vineyard estate in Tuscany, a castle in the French countryside, or a private island in Thailand. We’ll recommend destinations that suit your vision and values.

  • Everything is handled—from accommodation, chefs, and restaurants to transport, immersive experiences, photography, styling, and on-site facilitation.
    No templates. Everything is custom.

  • Total costs vary depending on group size, location, and inclusions. You’ll receive a detailed, transparent proposal before we begin.

  • Ideally 3–6 months ahead. We occasionally take on shorter timelines if our calendar allows.

  • You can choose between full-service planning or having our founder or team on-site to host and manage every moment, like a private concierge.

    We will always be available via WhatsApp from the beginning of the process until the end to help facilitate.

    • Planning Fee Non-Refundable: Non-refundable after payment as our team will begin immediately with planning, strategy and operations.

    • One Date Change: We’re happy to offer a flexible date change where you may shift your event once, as long as it’s at least 60 days before your start date (change fees for venues and vendors not included).

    • Final Payment & Late Cancellations: The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event. Cancellations inside that 60-day window forfeit all payments.
