  • Nomad Home is a private members’ community and travel club. As a member, you get access to our curated retreats, city salons and brand partnerships, plus the option to lock in multiple journeys in advance.

    Our current tiers are:

    • Access Membership – €395 / year
      12 months of membership. You can apply for and book retreats, join city events at member rates and enjoy core hotel and brand perks.

    • Passport – 2 Journeys – €8,500
      Retreat credits for (€8,300 value - which is typically 2 retreats) to use within 18 months, plus 18 months of Access. Includes priority room selection, early booking windows and a complimentary event ticket.

    • Inner Circle – 3 Journeys – €12,500
      Retreat credits for (€12,450 value - which is typically 3 retreats) to use within 24 months, plus 24 months of Access. You receive stronger room and upgrade priority, enhanced hotel perks and 2 complimentary event tickets.

    • Grand Tour – 4 Journeys – €16,500
      Retreat credits for (€16,600 value - which is typically 4 retreats) to use within 30 months, plus 30 months of Access. This tier has the highest level of priority, extra planning support, complimentary event access and the most generous hotel and brand perks.

    Retreat credits can be used for solo or shared occupancy. If you choose a higher-priced retreat, premium room category or longer itinerary, you simply cover the difference.

  • All retreats are designed exclusively for members.

    • Access Members can apply for and book retreats as they wish

    • Journey Packages (Passport, Inner Circle, Grand Tour) are for members who want to lock in multiple retreats in advance with added perks

  • We look at the entire person, not just their job title.

    When you apply, we review your answers around:

    • Who you are – your values, personality and what lights you up

    • What you’re building – whether that’s a company, a creative practice or a career you care about

    • How you like to travel – pace, comfort level, curiosity, openness

    • What you’re hoping to find – friends, collaborators, deeper connection, or simply beautiful time away

    If it feels aligned, you’ll be invited to a short call. That call is less an “interview” and more a chance to feel the chemistry both ways, ask questions and see if Nomad Home is genuinely the right fit for this season of your life.

    We prioritise people who are:

    • Kind, curious and emotionally mature

    • Happy to include others and hold good conversation at a dinner table

    • Respectful of local culture, staff and spaces

    • Excited to contribute to the experience, not just consume it

    Spots are limited, so sometimes we’ll have to say “not right now” even to lovely people, purely based on timing, group balance or capacity. The goal is always to protect the intimacy and magic of the group for everyone who comes.

  • Lodging, transportation, daily breakfast, all activities and meals in the itinerary.

    Flights are not included.

  • Please see below:

    • Access Membership – paid in full when you join (no separate deposit).

    • Journey packages (Passport, Inner Circle, Grand Tour)
      A 30% deposit is due when you sign, with the remaining 70% split into two staged payments. This first payment is your deposit and is part of the total package price.

    • Retreats (if you’re booking a single retreat without a package)
      A €1,500 retreat deposit is required to secure your spot. It’s part of your total retreat price and falls under the retreat cancellation timelines.

    All deposits count toward your final balance and follow the cancellation policy outlined above.

  • Annual Memberships are paid in full and individual retreats will have a 1500EUR deposit with the final payment 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

    Journey Packages can be paid in staged instalments.

    For Two Journeys, Three Journeys and the Grand Tour, the standard plan is:

    • 30% deposit on signing to secure your package

    • 35% 3 months after your deposit

    • 35% 6 months after your deposit

    All instalments must be completed before your first retreat begins.

    If your first retreat is scheduled sooner than these timelines, we’ll simply adjust the dates with you so everything is paid before travel while still feeling manageable.

  • Annual Membership (Access)
    – Annual membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

    Journey packages (Passport, Inner Circle, Grand Tour)
    – Packages and instalments are non-refundable, but your credits stay usable for any eligible retreat within their validity window.
    – You can switch to a different retreat, as long as you’re outside the retreat cancellation deadlines below and there is space.

    Retreats:
    If you need to cancel a specific retreat:

    • 90 days before start – €1,500 deposit is non-refundable

    • 60 days before start – 50% non-refundable

    • 45 days or less before start – 100% non-refundable

    To request a change or cancellation, email admin@nomad-home.com with your name and booking details.

  • Absolutely. The majority of our guests join as solo travellers and creating new friendships what we were created for.

  • Retreat credits are held in your name and are designed for your journeys with the community.

    • You’re welcome to bring a partner or close friend to share a room with you on certain retreats after they finish an interview process as well

    • In those cases, your credit is applied to the booking and any remaining balance or second-person cost is paid separately

    • All guests are still for the Nomad Home community

    Credits themselves are not transferable or resellable unless in exceptional cases and the person is accepted via the interview process.

  • There will be a small number of events throughout the year open to the public but our members will always get priority tickets and priority pricing. Feel free to check out events calendar to see the rules to apply.

  • If you experience a major life event or unexpected change, we’re open to case-by-case solutions.

    Options might include:

    • Extending the validity of your credits

    • Adjusting which year you travel

    • Shifting to a different retreat within your window

    We don’t promise blanket rules for every situation, but we do aim to be human and fair. If something comes up, write to us and we’ll see what we can do (admin@nomad-home.com).

  • Yes, the minimum age is 21 years old for all stays.

  • Please verify the entrance requirements for your respective country. Many countries are able to have a tourist visa issued at no charge upon arrival. When entering the country, we suggest selecting ‘vacation’ on the immigration form and using the villa’s address; provided at the time of booking.

  • We can always accommodate no-alcohol and will try our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, however, we require time to plan the options with food/tour providers.

  • Perks evolve as we add partners, but in general members can expect:

    • Preferred or member-only rates at selected partner hotels where available

    • Priority for room upgrades on arrival, when partners allow

    • Exclusive offers for brands, spas, and other products

    • Access to special experiences with chefs, wineries and local partners during retreats and sometimes in your home cities

    • Occasional member-only offers, gifts or collaborations from brands we love

    Members on higher journey tiers usually receive stronger upgrade priority and more personalised touches.

  • We are building a private members’ WhatsApp circle to keep the community connected between trips.

    • Access members and journey members will be able to opt in once it is live

    • For now, smaller retreat specific chats are created around events and cities

    You’ll be invited into the relevant spaces once you join and we have your consent to add you in.

  • Yes. We design elevated offsites, incentive trips, client celebrations and brand activations for companies looking to create meaningful, connection-driven experiences.

    From wine country immersions to castle gatherings, we work with world-class Chefs, artisans, and private estates to tailor everything to your goals. We then take care of end-to-end experience.
