  • You’ll start with a 30-minute introduction call with our founder, Kella. We hand-select each guest to ensure a like-minded, inspiring group dynamic.

  • All our retreats and unique but all would include accommodation, high-speed wifi, meals noted on the retreat page, and bespoke once in a lifetime activities with an incredible hand-selected new community of entrepreneurs, remote workers, and creatives.

    Flights are not included.

  • Absolutely. Most of our guests come alone and leave with new lifelong friends. All experiences are designed with connection in mind.

  • Yes. If chosen as a participant, a 1500€ deposit is required with remaining payment 60 days before the retreat start date.

  • Yes, minimum age to attend is 21 years.

  • If cancelling a booking within 48 hours of placing your booking you will receive a full refund. Please note, the 24 hour period begins when you place your initial booking.

    Cancellation after this period incurs cancellation fees, depending on how far in advance you cancel.

    If cancelling within:

    • 90 days of the retreat start date - 1500€ deposit is non-refundable

    • 60 days of the retreat start date - 50% is non-refundable

    • 45 days of the retreat start date - 100% non-refundable

  • Each villa or hotel has a different capacity limit but retreats are typically a small group of 8-10 individuals.

  • We will try our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, however require time to plan the options with food/tour providers. Please send us an email with your requests and we will inquire on your behalf (admin@nomad-home.com).

  • Yes. We curate bespoke travel and private events around the world, from milestone birthdays, proposals, romantic getaways, or once-in-a-lifetime travel itineraries.

    Everything is tailored to your style, group size, and vision and also starts with an introduction call with our Founder.

  • Yes. We design elevated offsites, incentive trips, client celebrations and brand activations for companies looking to create meaningful, connection-driven experiences.

    From wine country immersions to castle gatherings, we tailor everything to your goals.

  • We start with a discovery call, followed by a curated proposal. Once the vision is aligned, we handle everything—from securing the perfect venue to bringing in chefs, stylists, and local guides.

    You can choose to have our team on-site or behind-the-scenes.

  • Planning Fee:
    Non-refundable once paid. This compensates for time, strategy, design work, and early coordination efforts.

    • Event Cancellation (after planning begins):
      If the event is canceled after planning has started, any third-party bookings (accommodations, chefs, transportation, etc.) will follow their own cancellation policies. We’ll provide a detailed breakdown of what may or may not be refundable.

    • Rescheduling:
      Our flexible one-time rescheduling is available permitting availability, with any additional costs (supplier change fees, rate increases, etc.) charged separately.

    • Final Payment:
      Due 60 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in vendor contracts.
